A weekend to nourish your creative practice, to take space and take stock through guided movement, gentle hands on work & creative exploration. 

Morning practice: drawing on Skinner Releasing Technique (SRT) - an approach to dance, movement & creative process releasing physical tension to find energy & freedom to move.

Afternoon practice: facilitated moving and writing. Gathering, delving and following our curiosities, alone and together, resourcing our creative practices ahead of the winter months
