Interactive workshop about seaweed with tasty treats and tasters to try.

Kirsti can be found either in a rock pool or on her bike. Having fallen in love with seaweed over five years ago, she's been relentlessly trying to persuade others of its beauty, resilience and usefulness ever since. In this workshop she'll be teaming up with fellow local algae enthusiast Katie Hunter-Moon, and tegether we'll all sample the different ways that seaweed can be used in foods. Expect all the senses - criispy, jelly, dry and flakey, silky, sweet and umami! Max 16 participants, first come first serve!
